  • [Bulgogi: Korean BBQ Beef]
  • Korean Barbecue Beef Ingredients
  • For this recipe, you will need:
  • - 1 pounds sirloin, thinly sliced
  • - 5 scallions
  • - 1 tablespoon sugar
  • - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • - 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • - 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • Mix the Bulgogi Marinade
  • In a medium bowl add ginger and garlic paste, soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil and mix everything together well.
  • Prepare the Beef and Onions
  • Slice your beef stead into thin strips. Cut off the white part of the scallions and theen cut them vertically into thin strips, then chop them across into medium pieces. Into a medium bowl, add your beef and onions and mix them.
  • Marinate the Barbecue Beef
  • Then pour in the sauce and mix everything together so the beef is covered well. Cover the bowl and let everything marinate for at least 3 hours.
  • Fry the Barbecue Beef
  • The best way to make bulgogi is to grill them but if you don't have a grill you can pan fry them. Heat a tablespoon of oil on a medium heat, then add your marinated meat and fry it until it turns rich brown color. You can serve it with a side of kimchi.
    
  • Do you like Kalbitang?
  • Beef 800g, raddish 400g, water 10cups, kook-soysauce 3Tsp, cut spring onions 2Tsp, sesame oil 1tsp.
  • preparation
  • kalbi (meat)-remove the fat and cut into small pieces.
  • Keep them in water to remove extra blood.
  • raddish - cut into pieces.
  • Method
  • Kalbi - put them in water and boil them. Any imputirities that rise to the top as latheer should be removed.
  • Put the raddish and get them out when cooked. Kalbi would take longer to cook so leave it until it gets cooked properly.
  • Leave the kalbi cold.
  • Add them into a container. Add spring onions, garlic, kook-soysauce, pepper and the sesame oil. Mix them.
  • Remove the fat on top of the boiling water and add 4 back to the pot and boil them. Add kook-soysauce as necessary.
    
  • Do you like beef-rib stew?
  • Ingredients: 1,2kg pork ribs, an onion. Finger length of a
  • white radish. A half of a carrot, 10 raw chestnuts, 10 tablespoons
  • of thick soy, 3 tablespoons of cooking wine, 2
  • tablespoons of brown sugar, a big scallion, ginger juice, pepper.
  • The recipe of Galbi Jjim
  • For draining blood, soak pork ribs in cold water for 1~2 hours.
  • Blanch the pork ribs in boiled water for 5 minutes.
  • Drop pear juice
  • Drop 10 tablespoons of thick soy, 3 tablespoons of cooking wine,
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, a big scallion, ginger juice, pepper.
  • Soak pork ribs in the water and close the pan and simmer until well done.
  • Soak sliced radish in there and boil for 15 minutes
  • Soak carved raw chestnuts and carved carrot in there and boil for 10 minutes
